Sometimes, I know instantly what I want to say. Others, maybe it takes a minute, so grasping for inspiration. What follows in this post has left me breathless and speechless. RIP, McQueen.
From May 4th to July 31st, the Met is hosting the Costume Institute's Alexander McQueen retrospective, arranged by mood and feeling rather than chronological order. Yesterday, the Ritz London held the preview, and these chill-inducing photographs have slowly begun to surface.
Wouldn't miss it for the world. In fact, I plan to pitch a dress-shaped tent and live here. Long live McQueen!
